  5. Creating a Customer account, if available, is voluntary. An order may be placed without an account if the Store provides that option.

§ 4. Products and prices

  1. Product information displayed in the Store is an invitation to enter into a contract, not an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.
  2. Product photos are intended to represent the items as accurately as possible. Colors may differ slightly from the actual item due to screen settings, lighting, and yarn characteristics.
  3. Garment measurements are provided in the Product description. Small differences may occur due to knitwear characteristics and measuring methods.

  3. Placing an order constitutes an offer to enter into a sales contract addressed to the Seller.
  4. After an order is placed, the Customer receives an acknowledgement at the email address provided. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms that the order has been accepted for fulfilment.
  5. If an order cannot be fulfilled, the Seller will promptly inform the Customer and refund any payment received.

  3. For a bank transfer, payment must be made within 3 calendar days of placing the order, to the account shown in the payment instructions or order confirmation.
  4. If a bank transfer is not received within that period, the Seller may contact the Customer and then cancel the unpaid order.

  5. Transit time must be added to processing time and depends on the carrier and destination country.
  6. Further details are set out in the Delivery and Payments Policy.

§ 8. Withdrawal from a contract

  1. A Consumer and a sole trader with consumer rights may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
  2. The period is counted from the day the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, other than the carrier, takes possession of the Product. For separate deliveries, it runs from receipt of the last item, batch, or part.
  3. The withdrawal statement may be sent to logobutik.office@gmail.com or by post to the Seller. Use of a return form is voluntary.

  3. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before consent was withdrawn.

§ 11. Product reviews

  1. If the Store displays Product reviews, it indicates alongside the review feature whether and how it verifies that a review comes from someone who purchased or used the Product.
  2. The Store does not commission false reviews or present reviews as verified without taking appropriate verification steps.

§ 15. Changes to the Terms and final provisions

  1. The Seller may amend these Terms for important reasons, particularly changes in law, payment or delivery methods, Store functionality, or security requirements.
  2. Changes do not affect orders placed before they take effect.
  3. For ongoing services, registered Customers will be informed of changes sufficiently in advance and may cancel the service before the changes take effect.
  4. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Polish Civil Code, Consumer Rights Act, and Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
  5. The choice of Polish law does not deprive a Consumer of protection under mandatory laws of the country where they habitually reside.
